Ira R. Halpern

Ira Halpern co-founded Modern HEALTHcare, Inc. in 1975 and co-founded Modern HOMEcare, Inc. in 1989. In his role as President of Modern HEALTH, Mr. Halpern is primarily responsible for strategic business development, sales and marketing. Mr. Halpern holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Arizona and a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University at Northridge.
